What do you mean by points earned by my purchases ?
On every purchase you make at Flexi Templates, we award you with loyalty points for patronizing us. These points are allocated to reward our loyal / regular customers. The points make it easier to offer you an assured 10% discount on every purchase that you make on our web site. The points are actually accumulated-discount units, which can be redeemed on your fourth purchase.
How do you calculate the points?
One point is worth 10% of the cost of template. For eg. When you buy a Business card design / template worth US$50, you earn 5 points. When you buy a template worth US$60, you get 6 points.
What is the monetary value of points?
Each point equals US$1
When can I redeem these points?
On the first time occasion, your points can be redeemed on fourth purchase. Later, on every single purchase, you can redeem your points, barring the points earned on your current, which are reserved for the next purchase. This means that the first accumulated redemption (points earned on all three previous purchases) is allowed on the 4th template that you buy (after completion of 3 processed orders) and fourth template onwards, you can redeem the points, every time you buy a single template.
Let us assume that the cost of a template is constant at US$50 and for each purchase you earn 5 points.
Can You Redeem ?
NO-As it is your first purchase
NO- As it is your second purchase
NO- As it is your third purchase
Yes- As it is your fourth purchase
If you wish you can buy fourth template at US$35 only (Cost US$50 - 15 Points worth US$15)
Note: 5 Points earned for fourth purchase will be reserved for 5th Purchase. Thus, you cannot redeem the points earned for the same order. You must make the next purchase to redeem current points.
Is it compulsory to redeem points on 4th Purchase?
No. You are free to accumulate them and redeem them against future purchases. It is not mandatory to redeem your points on the fourth purchase. These examples / explanations are only given to indicate the general criteria for redemption of points.
Is it compulsory to redeem all the points against one Purchase?
No. When you reach the order page, accumulated points in your account are indicated. By default all the points are added for redemption with a facility to edit. You can redeem a lesser number of points, than those accumulated in your account.
Can I claim for cash against points earned?
No. The points can be only redeemed against the future purchases. They cannot be redeemed in any other way.
How can I track / check the number of points accrued on my account?
You need to Login to your MyChoice account and click on the Points Tab at the top.
I have just placed an order, but it does not show the points earned for current order! Why?
One can earn points only after the order is processed at our end. If your order status is "Under Process", you will not be able to view the points earned for your current order. Once your order status displays "order processed", you will be able to view points earned for the order.
I have placed an order. It is not yet confirmed but still shows that my points have been redeemed?
When you opt for point redemption, they are reserved for redemption against your order; so that it does not show balance points for future redemption and you are not be misguided. In case, we cancel the order against which you opted for point redemption, your points will revert back as unused and will be ready for redemption on your next purchase.
Do I need to Login to MyChoice & buy from there to redeem my points?
We must know that you have balance points in your account. We can track this only if you are a registered member. Before you purchase any template, we request you to register by entering your Email ID and preferred password. This is for first time buyers. If you are already a register member, you need to enter the email ID & Password, based on which we will be able to recollect your accrued points.
I realized later that I have purchased your templates in the past and registered with different login details. Can you help to merge these two different accounts and accumulated points?
You are advised to send us all your previous purchase details along with the Login & Password details. We will check our records and if it is feasible, we will merge the two different accounts into a single one.
I am already registered for Free Downloads. Should I Login to MyChoice in order to buy the templates and add points to my existing MyChoice account?
It is not necessary to Login to MyChoice every time, but it is important for you to fill in your name & email ID, when you purchase a template. This will help us record you as our registered member and your points tally & download links will be added to your existing account. Thus, allowing you to perform each and every task from one central location on our website.
You are offered two check boxes, when you purchase a template:
Enter your details, if you are already registered on our web site.
Enter your email ID & Password of your choice to get registered, if you have never registered on our website earlier.
Please do note that this is only meant to make your buying process simpler and help us keep track of your points and reward you in the future.
I am a first timer on Flexi Templates. I don't want to register for anything, but I have liked one layout and want to buy it. Am I entitled to the benefit of loyalty points on a future purchase?
As explained earlier, it is not at all necessary to register, though it helps us keep track of the points earned by you. We must keep track of basic details like your email ID & password, so we can recognize you on future visits or purchases.
At the same time, we don't want to make your template shopping complex, hence we just ask for your Email & Password as additional information. These additional details will help us to remember you for ever. This is only a technical requirement and your address will not be revealed to third-parties at any given point of time.
